  • Purified cMLCK and pRLC proteins from CMLCK KO mouse heart tissue (with two dimension gel electrophoresis and immunopricipatation); purified LZTFL-1 protein and rabbit anti-LZTFL-1 IgG (with affinitive chromatography)
  • Studied LZTFL-1 gene inhibitory effects on EMT expression in human lung cancer cell lines, using real-time PCR, Western Blots and immunohistochemistry (IHC) techniques
  • Genotyped LZTFL-1 5′ and LZTFL-1 3′ probing in mouse genome DNA (Southern Blot analysis)
  • Amplified LZTFL-1 gene and cloned the gene for gene knock-out constructs
  • Researched on apoptotic signaling in cardiomyocytes, mainly P53 and BNip3 and NF?B p65 in mitochondrium pathway, using Western Blot, IP, Elisa, cell culture, virus culture and immunohistochemistry(IHC) techniques
